The room was absolutely fantastic, well-appointed and the bed was great.

We came to Carlsbad for celebrating birthday, everything was modern. All members of the staff was very very helpful and outstandingly accommodating. Our a double room was equipped with it's own balcony and a dining table. The location in the near tower was great and unbeatable for us.

Our stay at this resort was truly worth every penny. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely ground floor patio offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. The pool areas were absolutely stunning, always clean and well-maintained. We especially enjoyed the cozy patio with fire pits at night, perfect for relaxation. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and we were pleasantly surprised by a thoughtful birthday surprise in our room. We would definitely consider returning for a romantic getaway.

When it comes to breakfast choices, it would have been nice to have a wider variety of options available.

The hotel is conveniently located near several shops, making it easy to explore and buy souvenirs. Additionally, the hotel is close to the beach, allowing guests to enjoy a day of sun and sand. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with large beds and ample pillows for a restful night's sleep. The staff is friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure guests have a pleasant stay. Guests can also enjoy the fantastic pool area and relax in the peaceful ambiance.

One downside is that the noise from the rooms above can be heard in some areas of the hotel, which may disturb some guests.
